Tire Rack's recommendation is correct. You will DEFINITELY have issues if you upsize, as the CH-Rs have a semi aggressive offset anyway, even more so on your LCI.

235/35 front, 265/30 rear.

Although 275/30 rear will get you to almost identical diameter front and rear (with my tires, it's 0.17% difference). You may need a rear fender roll for the 275s, but it ain't nuttin, DO IT!
