Yes bolt on, but it just needs to be custom made to accept the diameter of the stock spring... for example, the diameter of the KW spring is slightly different.

I reckon stock you can get 2deg... with the m3 control arms, 2.5deg or thereabouts is doable.

Lowering the car also provides camber naturally as well.
