My wife did the same thing with her x3 so I got some touch up and fine sand paper. Wet sand the area to take down any sharp edges. Clean and apply the touch up. Let dry so it doesn't roll the pain when you sand, but then wet sand it with super fine to get it smoothed out. Then let dry and apply clear coat. Let dry and wet sand again to smooth out but do not sand through the clear. Then buff to a shine with wax. It won't be perfect like you shot the whole bumper, but you won't notice it unless you are really looking hard.
