Anthony had arrived here in New York March 1st. He had plans to see a friend in North Carolina and was then planning to go to Texas to see friend who's wedding he had missed.
From what we understand Anthony had been stopped on the shoulder of interstate 40. A witness said he had been helping another motorist. A tractor-trailer truck struck Anthony's car and the other car. No one else was injured, but Anthony.
