My car is currently at a independent specialist for iPod coding using auto logic

He is saying that he can't code my car and saying its not the original headunit. Hes saying its a earlier version. The autologic is not finding the headunit

As far as am aware my headunit has never been swapped and its the original

My head unit part number is 65129150109. Any advice at all ? Don't know what to do..
