I have the Dyna-Plug kit. It did not work for me. A year ago, I got a bolt (about 1/8" diam) in the front tire, at the center of the thread. The tire was holding pressure while the bolt was in the thread. At home, I removed the bolt and the tire went immediately flat. I tried to patch multiple times with the Dyna-Plug but it did not work. The hole was too big, I cannot get a good seal.

I did not drive with the tire not inflated so I removed it and went to the tire shop the next morning to have it repaired.

Because of my bad experience with Dyna-Plug and the fact that it is only a temporary fix, I decided to get a more serious patch kit, the PatchBoy. I did not have the chance (and not looking for it) to try the PatchBoy but when you look at it, this is a sturdier kit. It has multiples size patch and vulcanizing compound. They claim that is a permanent fix.
