Definitely good bang for buck with the downpipes.

Yes the front o2 sensor is repositioned to give more clearance on our RHD steering racks.

No need for a re-tune afterwards

Doing it all at once doesn't make a difference compared to doing it in stages... best to do it in stages in fact so you can indeed feel the differences being made.
Most N54 tunes only take 30mins to install, whether a piggyback or flash.
