If your getting new tires with the VMR rims it is worth it. I have been doing a lot of research in regards to this topic and the best quote I have received so far has been from supremepower on these forums. pm me if you want the details of my purchase, but lets just say that tires cost 1/2 the price in the states compared to canada.
