1) Enkei RP03 if solid 5-spoke is your style (light!) Don't go OEM BMW wheels are usually quite heavy.
2) Eibach Pro-Kit
3) Check out EAS (here) or some other aftermarket source for DEPO's. Or just go the OEM route and get coding after the install.

IMO, you should do mostly exterior...tint, coilovers, M3 trunk lip, aftermarket rims or 189s, underspoiler kit.
NA engines are usually louder than FI engines simply because of the exhaust plugs (turbos).
