If you have that exact setup and you decide to get our H&R TRAK+ spacers, I would say get a 10mm spacer in the rear, since you brought up 4 people being in your car. A 10mm spacer set up will be the safest bet in giving your E92 a more aggressive stance without rubbing when there are 4 people in it..

As for the front, I would say you can only go with a 5mm spacer since there isn't a spacer that'll fit between 5 and 10mm.

I believe this would be the setup you'd go with in your situation.

For 12mm spacer in the rear rides for the E92, I'd search, hold on.. i'll try looking around for you and give you some links here
