It's not designed for the weekend warrior DIY enthusiast (hence the price). I'm pretty sure it's designed for a Turner Motorsport or Active Autowerke shop to develop tunes for shop racing, or maybe commercial sale. What I mean by DIY is having the capabilities to buy it off the shelf and go to town without having to use a shop. I didn't mean like a JB4, Cobb, etc... LS1 Edit and HP Tuners allow full access to the PCM/ECM.
