As for the m sport brakes there are two options:
340mm front (same as 2series msports - came with smaller engine models) and will fit 17inch f30 wheels.
370mm fron that came with 335i and will fit 18inch wheels - couldnt find any e90 wheel that would fits without shaving the caliper a bit on the upper side.
The stock f30 grey calipers are 370mm
