Absolutely ZERO complaints as well. The best BMW Dealer in the Bay Area! Hands down. I've had 3 BMW's. The other two were purchased elsewhere. I will never, ever buy another car from anyone other than SCBMW. If you want a great CA, deal with Loren McRoberts,
