I may be in a minority here, but having a car that doesn't/cannot integrate my email & SMS with the car is a bonus on two fronts:
1) I get some fucking peace and quiet for however long I'm sat at the wheel; 24/7 connectivity can become tiresome, and periods away are welcomed/deserved respite.
2) Surely reading texts/emails etc is just another distraction to the driver? Of late I've started switching the phone off so I'm not disturbed with (frankly, unimportant) phone calls - I think being bombarded with emails and texts (and the ability to read them) its just begging for trouble.
