Had this installed in my 2006 325i (without nav and not logic 7)since it did not have the phone option. The reason for removing it was because i wrecked the car. The only thing is missing is the mic which is 3.5mm jack, so i think any mic will work but not sure. This unit requires no splicing of wires, it is all plug and play. It also allows you to use the steering wheel controls. Notice in one of the photos there is 4 wires that are spliced, the reason is i hooked up a sub. This does not affect the performance of it.
