Hello.

1. No you can't retrofit E90 CIC to E60. Except faceplate there are other special modification requirements.

2. Yes you can use Sirius module that is built into the CIC. However, you do not need to get a CIC head unit with Sirius radio built in - your Satellite radio in the trunk will work just fine! CIC head units with Sirius radio are rare and more expensive!
