Thanks for your help and sorry for the hijack but I thought this may have been temp related and ultimately require more cooling of some type.
will have to monitor this and see if it happens again.
I may just stick a new battery in anyway as I'm sure its not supposed to say low battery after the car has been off for 30 odd seconds with just the radio on...?
