How many miles on your car? You might be due for new shocks anyway ...

Look into some Koni Sports (aka Yellow) shock absorbers and then the spring of your choice; H&R Sports should get you the drop you're looking for.

Or go the coilover route and get something like KW V1, which is a matched shock absorber and spring set with adjustable ride height.
My car has a little over 50,000 miles on it.
