Questions for anyone who has BC Coilovers

This includes you, robc.

I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on coil overs and I'm torn between the Tein SS-P and the BC Coilovers. I do not like KW's choice in spring rate and both of these options have a much better selection IMO after reading a lot of Orb's and Mr5's discussions on the subject.

Two questions:
1) Are the front springs linear? robc's pics make them look progressive, but they look a little odd (top and bottom of spring are same diameter vs normal progressive springs that usually have a V-shaped taper).

2) How is the bounciness? I've got Eibach Prokit springs on sports-package dampeners and on uneven pavement it bounces all over the place and I hate it. On my 370z, it takes the bumps and rides a bit rougher, but the bumps don't unsettle it; the 335i feels scary to drive under power when that happens. I ask because I saw someone commented about BC coilovers being bouncy on other applications.
