That's just slight boost oscillation. In any responsive (ie, small turbo'd) FI system, there will always be a slight boost overshoot followed by a slight undershoot. That's what makes a closed loop boost control system work. You can attempt to avoid this behavior by making the correction steps smaller but you usually sacrifice boost response in the process. Having a +/- 1psi short term oscillation just after spool up is pretty standard in a car tuned to provide max boost response and power.
