Carlos, it's a conspiracy by the government to make us all slow down and keep the alloy wheel industry alive.
Or the council/highways agency can't be arsed to fix the roads as we all might actually enjoy driving on our shite roads.
Either way, it's hard to claim damage to your car, much easier if you've tripped and fallen on a pavement. All seems to boil down to injuries to the person are deemed more important than damage to vehicles/possessions. Sick I know.
