WGDC base - can be set up to 100% I dont recall the name of the value, but there is another parameter that is like WGDC max value, by default its set to 58% You can increase this value, and PID will have more authority to add WGDC to meet requested boost.
Load target can be increased above 200, but even at 200 you are requesting a load value that OFT will not achieve.
