Just confirmed it with BMW NA to make sure. The representative said she got a notice today regarding the issue. I asked her to mail me a copy of that statement as well as put a note on my account that I qualify for this software update. I don't want to hear any BS from the dealership when I bring it in for the update.
And now, the wait begins....
