I also had this problem. I took it into the dealer twice:

1) First time, they cleaned the sensor. Squeaking went away for a week then returned.

2) 2nd time when rear brake pad maintenance came up, they replaced the sensor and pads. Problem went away.

However, ~6K miles after the rear brake pad change, I just started hearing it again a few days ago...always on the right rear. So my theory is that the new pads only mask the problem because they're thicker, but doesn't address the root cause (if it's the sensor, mine got replaced!)

I plan to bring it in again one last time before my warranty expires and when the problem becomes more pronounced. I plan to switch to aftermarket rotors and pads when these are worn, but I fear the problem will still return after the pads are worn down a bit.
