Best way to experience DSC is to just be rough with the car, give it a bootful at low speed with lots of lock and you will feel it cut power...Enter a turn at moderate speed and again give it a bootful, you will feel DSC grab the inner rear wheel and tighten your turn.
If you are smooth DSC will not be all that important to you, it is of most value in abrupt, rough changes of direction such as accident avoidance. Also with a high powered vehicle on a wet day it is nice to be able to lean on the power early through a corner and just let the computer handle the traction.
