Oldskool way of placing a piece of wood on the clutch pedal and opening the bleed valve, closing the valve, removing wood, replacing wood and repeat. Slow as hell by yourself, but tunes and beer make the job seem less tedious. Also, make sure your brake reservoir is open and full of fluid. Crimping the line before the CDv also reduces the amount of air getting into the line.
