Yep, but they only do it when you take it in for some other work. I don't think they wax it when they do this sort of courtesy clean either.
I have to say the wax finish applied to my car when I had some bodywork sorted out was ASTOUNDING.
I don't know what they used, but the car looked stunning. It had a VERY wet shiny look, which I haven't been able to replicate with other wax.
I don't know if that is what you get with the valet though.
