I feel you. I dumped my 335i coupe 2008 navi, sports, premium, first and only owner for 22.5k. Mines a coupe too, I know the sedans are much cheaper because they experience a pretty big refresh with the 2009 model, new lights front and rear. 20k doesn't seem so horrible from the dealer, does your state allow your trade in to go towards cap reduction?
