^_^ ya pretty high for a melee cc/cd wiz, I was playing ranged Piercing Orb/Blizzard/V-Hydra until 3 days ago because I realized how slow and boring the ranged Wiz are. And also I didn't want to get new gears and lower my dps due to the fact that WW will most likely get nerfed in the future. So I was scared and unwilling to change gears for a new build. Now I am amazed how quickly my Wiz can own groups of enemy.
How I did it? The Spectral Blade with LOH rune (not Deepcut) def helped me a lot since I have 0 LOH. Other skills used are WW, CB, DS, RoF, Energy Armor. Nothing new to this build but I highly recommend people use Spectral Blade with LOH rune to save urself some $ on gears or lowering DPS.
