definitely not an m3. Look at the rear bumper. Its either a 325i or an older 323i.
Edit: after watching the video closely it's most definitely an e46 bmw 325i or 330i 2002-2005. Looks very similar to this 323i except the 325i and 330i have different tail lights and front corner lights + a few other small things.
