It didn't have a front license plate and I couldn't see the back as it was coming from the opposite direction. It looked brand new. It was shiny and clean. Seeing how its been raining here in D.C. for the past few days whoever owns it didn't take it out.
So are these things really not available here or is it just a matter of having them shipped over? It must not be that hard?
