^ Depends on the dealership you go to. Some may offer you a loaner, others charge you for a loaner.

But the VW DSG Transmission has had problems. Thats why the 09 & 10 DSG transmissions were recalled, so you already know a problem exists. That is the difference.
It's known that the transmission has problems.
