I think so too but if BMW only had it back on their books 8 months ago you'd have thought it would have been done, unless it was and they didn't stamp the book?
They claim - "A used BMW can only become approved if it has been serviced in srict accordance with BMW servicing recommendations....we'll also carry out any neccesary work before delivery including if a service is due in less than 4000 miles"
