Looks like you guys on Pacific coast get all the discounts. I just purchased 7/100 Gold extended warranty for my e92 335i for $3400 (including tax). I called majority of the local (Philadelphia area) BMW dealers and no one really wanted to discount much. One dealer told me MSRP ($3490) + tax (6%). Another dealer was willing to give $150 off but I still would have to pay tax. I got the best deal at the dealership where the car was initially purchased from (West German BMW).
My car had 49999 miles...the finance manger was "barely made it, huh" lol
