why would you want to increase offsets? if the wheels you have are way too low of an offset, just sell them and get a set of wheels with the correct offset. if the wheels are just a tiny bit too low, then roll/shave/pull the fenders instead. you can shave a couple millimeters off some wheels and some people have done it, but I personally think it should be last resort... if that.
