Idk if this is how they treat all of their customers but I ordered an item weeks ago. Had to basically harass them for a tracking number. They finally shipped it. I received it and the product was damaged. After back and forth communication we agreed it'd be best for me to ship it back and get refunded. About a week ago they said they were going to send the shipping label. Supposedly it was sent in a FedEx overnight envelope. I still have not received anything...
