Post counts does not really mean much. I just happen to follow this thread and just recently installed my alarm and started testing.
Oh, forgot about panic feature. Also, I read on here that there is an additional third party shock sensor you can buy which works with the e9x bmw alarm. here is the link:

I think we only get the cabin interior motion sensor.
