Regarding stunting/dangerous driving charges: the HTA in Ontario does not include parking lots from my reading of it. They can charge you with anything they want to but whether those will stand up in a court of law is unlikely.
Regarding trespassing: They would need to have a sign up(or fence but that isn't plausible in this scenario) prohibiting an activity for it to be trespassing(under the TPA) off the bat, but if they warn you in person and you fail to listen that will be grounds for trespassing arrest. A security guard could theoretically arrest you for a criminal offence on the property(ie. disturbing the peace).
