Did they check the wheel for excessive runout? I had vibrations in mine after mounting at Discount in Bellevue (GSP9700 machine.) I took it to the Discount near me for a re-balance (GSP9200 machine) and they got it to zero. It was smooth as glass up to 100 MPH (highest speed I tested.) Before, anything over 80 MPH was terrible. I don't know how Discount Bellevue got it so wrong, but my boys in the Renton Highlands got me squared away.

But they did notice a little "bump" in one of the rear wheels. It was still within "spec" to balance though, so it was fine. Took 4 oz on that wheel to get it to zero (yikes!) I don't think the RFTs help matters either.

The only other possible cause is that the wheels aren't hub-centric. I highly doubt that though. But then again, I thought I read that IForge sometimes has issues with excessive runout....
