Most people chose 19" wheels as it's a great balance between looks/performance. 20" wheels will require you to run a tire with a low profile and will be a bit more uncomfortable for everyday street driving. But like others have already said, it really is personal preference!
You may want to check out the VMR V705 wheels which are similar in design to what you're looking for. The setup that is going to work perfectly is the 19x8.5 ET35 with a 235/35/19 up front and the 19x9.5 ET33 with a 265/30/19 in the rear.
