Right now, I have a 11AM start time. This should give plenty of time for people to wake up on Saturday, and will still leave you with time after the event to get things done...
That would probably put us at Breaux at 12:30-1ish. Back at Moe's probably by 2:30 or so. I dont want it to take up everybody's complete Saturday, but that sounds like a fun filled day to me...
