If you stop waxing your door shuts (or even wiping a used cloth over them) then you shouldn't have the problem.
Just wipe the shuts and seals with a clean cloth, soaked in a warm weak mix of some mild detergent (flash or similar) the same that you'd use for interior cleaning and degreasing.
This keeps the seals clean and product free - no squeaks or anything.
