Of course not, putting the new seats on top of your old ones would be dangerous, surely you would just wobble around??!!
Plus it isn't going to leave you much headroom!
You'd be better to take out the cloth interior and fit the leather one properly.
Seriously though, I think you'd just about do it.
Seats down you should get it all in.
