Those offsets are a bit on the high side for your car. You want to aim for a 18x8.5 ET35-40 in the front and 18x9.5 ET33-35 in the rear. You can achieve this by putting a 5mm spacer in the front and 10mm spacer in the rear with the offsets you provided above. Feel free to shoot me over a PM if you have any questions at all.
