I wouldn't recommend these guys, they don't really know what they're doing. I went there to get my Forgestars mounted and balanced a few months ago and an oil change.
I was having vibrations above 60mph+ a few days later and went back and asked them to balance it. Alvin took it on a test drive, and said that there is deff going to be some vibration from driving esp on Conti DWSs?! LoLZz. I told him that this is a BMW there is NO reason for vibrations and that the DWS are one of the best rated tires. He rebalanced it but there was no difference. I went to another shop the next week and they balanced it perfectly. Seems like everyone is finding ways to avoid providing real customer service and satisfaction these days and is looking for the lazy way out.
