Starter Job, Trans in LIMP mode *** HELP**

PROBLEM FIXED: See below

Hey guys,
I have read other forums on this topic and to no help that i can see.

I have a 2006 330i E90 with N52, 113k miles, prod 10/2005

The car had a bad starter. I replaced it with a new starter but upon the initial removal of the intake, I yanked too hard on the crankshaft sensor and broke the plug. To be careful i replaced the crankshaft sensor, plug and also had to rewire it, matching the wires with the camshaft sensor. I DID accidentally arc the crankshaft wire on the starter. I always disconnect the battery before any job but i was in troubleshooting mode and just had a brain fart.
I then double checked all connections, plugs, and vacuum lines from removing the intake. The battery died from leaving in acc mode for two long with the OBD computer, so i had to jump start it.

Upon engine start, its a long crank and idles fine but Mil threw these codes:

P1727 trans
P0035 crankshaft sensor
P0700 trans

My mil dash light up like a christmas tree. Can anyone help me with this? I am at my troubleshooting wits end here.

*****FIXED
> Replaced Crankshaft sensor, rewired crankshaft sensor plug, replaced idol control fuse, and cleared trans and engine codes with IMPA. Shes back! I took the intake off no less than 15 times, so if anyone needs help PM me!
