I decided the best way to go about this would be for someone to assume the lease, and if they would like to buy it out after that or refinance it that would be that person choice. If I sell it for this price than I would get stuck paying $3,000+ on sales tax and I can trade it in for about 30,000.00 so I would be loosing either way. My payoff is $34,200.00 so if someone wants to take over the lease that would be great. There is about 2 years left on this lease and the buyout is 23,305.10 payments are 575.93 a month.
