like I said with the Tint, these minor infractions are tools to stop a car and I normally wont write a ticket for it. Kinda like driving with a headlight out, I wouldn't want to be driving a car W/ no front tag after a night of drinking on the town. Most cop could care less if middle class mike doesn't have a front tag.
P.S. no front tag here....
