Try removing your car and use the production number instead. That might trigger it... not really sure why it doesn't show up.

Tried the production number just now with no results. Thanks for the tip, though. My CA checked in BMW's records today and all they had was that it was delivered to me on 5/11, so it's been off the radar screen for the past nine days.
