As I said before, I have seen Shiv himself comment in the N54 subforum in threads that aren't even Procede related. Even when N54 guys complain about a strange symptom they are having and they are using JB, Shiv will occasionally chime in on those threads but he doesn't bother to in a Vishnu-specific thread in the N55 subforum.

Except we are talking about no returns to phone or emails, meaning they would have the ability to read your mind when you call, know you are either an N54 or N55 owner, and then decide to answer or not.
I have never owned or bought anything from them. They clearly have a history of shitty customer service, N54 or N55.
